O’brein Simasiku Aspirant for the Swapo Party’s Deputy Secretary General (DSG)’s position, Lucia Witbooi, has thrown in the towel three days before the seventh elective congress this Friday. Her withdrawal was announced by the Party’s President Hage Geingob today, during the final central committee meeting, to dissolve the current leadership with a new one bound for election during the two-days conference.
