REMAINING… The City of Windhoek’s deputy mayor, Joseph Uapigene, said that the municipality will stick with Redforce debt collection company.
Uapigene made these remarks on Monday while addressing the Katutura Residents Committee (KRC) .
He explained that its previous debt collection systems yielded no results. Last year KRC submitted a petition to the municipality, calling for RedForce to be abolished among other demands.
