Ester Mbathera The dissolution process of Namibia Post and Telecom Holdings (NPTH) has commenced. The entity is expected to cease operations on 31 December. It is not clear why the company is ceasing operation when it has reported achieved a group revenue of N$5.3 billion with a consolidated net profit of N$1 billion for the 2022/23 financial year. This dismantling of the company follows the enactment of the Post and Telecommunications Companies Establishment Amendment Act of 2020, which came into force on 19 August.
