Hertta-Maria Amutenja Paratus and Demshi Telco have signed a master lease agreement that will allow Paratus to use Demshi's open-access fibre network in Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, and Khomasdal in Windhoek, to provide high-speed fibre connections to their clients.
