Col’Cacchio has once again opened its doors at the Grove Mall of Namibia, after a revamp and under new management.

Col’Cacchio known for gourmet thin-based wood-fired pizzas, hearty pasta and crisp fresh salads, has a legacy of crafting artisanal meals out of the freshest sourced ingredients, with quality and innovation always at the heart of their dynamic offering.

New owner, Melissa Du Plessis, a committed foodie and long-time Col’Cacchio fan said she jumped at the opportunity to bring the brand back to Windhoek.

Sharing on returning customers should expect, Du Plessis said, “Customers can expect great service, the best and freshest ingredients in all our dishes and top management in all sectors. We also gave the restaurant a bit of a ‘facelift’, highlighting the stunning features and absolutely gorgeous wooden finishes. It’s definitely brought life back to the amazing atmosphere”.
