Iipumbu claims NEFF deregistration was politically driven

Speaking to the Windhoek Observer on Monday, Iipumbu accused the ECN of being captured by the 'system'. "It seems that the ECN is weak, incompetent and captured to carry out its mandate," said Iipumbu.
