This follows a legal complaint and public outcry on social media. Justicia Shipena The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested two more individuals in connection with the Namcor corruption and bribery case, bringing the total number of implicated persons to 12, 11 have now been arrested, while one suspect, Victor Malima, remains a fugitive. This is despite national policy requiring mother-tongue instruction from pre-primary to grade 3. Ju/’hoansi is spoken by a group of Khoisan-speaking people residing in northeastern Namibia and northwestern Botswana. Staff Writer  The Capricorn Foundation has donated N$300 000 to the Response Action Based Organisation (RABO),  which responds to cases of gender-based violence (GBV), suicide attempts, child abuse, and neglect. As a first responder, RABO  helps transport victims to hospitals, police stations, or social workers and refers them for long-term support.
