Justicia Shipena The Namibia Football Association (NFA) has suspended Bucks Buccaneers FC head coach Fillemon Ronnie Kanalelo and VEN Blue Waters FC head coach Paulus Shipanga with immediate effect. This follows a confrontation between the two coaches on Sunday, 18 May 2025, at Nau-Aib Stadium in Okahandja after a Namibia Premier Football League (NPFL) match. According to reports, the incident involved a knife and a gun and took place in the stadium’s parking area after the final whistle. Namibia in Group B for COSAFA Cup

Erasmus Shalihaxwe Namibia has been placed in Group B, alongside Angola, Malawi, and Lesotho, for the 2025 COSAFA Cup.  The draw took place on Wednesday in Mangaung, Free State Province, South Africa. Namibia will face reigning champions Angola in the group stage.  The two teams met in the 2024 final, where Angola took the title.  Namibia won the tournament in 2015 under Ricardo Mannetti and has reached the final in three editions. Justicia Shipena  Cricket Namibia has appointed Gerhard Lotter as the new assistant coach of the Capricorn Eagles, Namibia’s national women’s cricket team.  The announcement came on Wednesday. Lotter is a familiar figure in the Cricket Namibia setup.  For the past five years, he has supported the Capricorn Eagles on various international tours.  His new full-time role strengthens the coaching structure around the national women’s team.
