Andrew Kathindi Bruni & Mclaren were appointed final liquidator of Air Namibia at a meeting held at the Masters of the High Court on Wednesday morning. The serial liquidators were previously appointed on a provisional basis. Andrew Kathindi Public Enterprises Minister, Leon Jooste, has dismissed threats by Challenge Air representative, Lawyer Sisa Namandje, to seize assets of state-owned TransNamib, if government proceeds with the voluntary liquidation of Air Namibia. Govt seeks legal opinion over Air Namibia deal

Staff Writer Ministry of Public Enterprises has requested a legal opinion regarding Air Namibia’s last minute settlement agreement reached with Belgian company, Challenge Air, which is alleged to have been concluded without its approval.
