Niël Terblanché John Steytler, a seasoned Economist and a former Presidential Economic Advisor, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Development Bank of Namibia. The appointment was announced by Sarel van Zyl, the DBN’s Board of Directors chairperson.
