Staff Writer National Democratic Party leader Martin Lukato, the head of Chisinzi village, has filed a lawsuit against EMS Contractors, a local construction company, for allegedly violating the graveyard where eight of his family members are buried. Lukato drags town council to court

National Democratic Party leader Martin Lukato has taken the Katima Mulilo Town Council (KMTC) and resident Doreester Mwangala Chasunda to court over a property dispute.
