Hertta-Maria Amutenja Former Otjiwarongo Municipality boss Moses Matyayi has officially commenced his post as the City of Windhoek’s (CoW) substantive Chief Executive Officer (CEO) starting 1 August, the capital’s municipality announced yesterday.
