Hertta-Maria Amutenja The Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, immigration, Safety and Security, Daniel Kashikola has tabled a bill that would allow Namibians at the age of 14 to legally obtain National Identity documents. According to the judgement delivered yesterday, Prinsloo said the Appeal Tribunal failed to exercise its discretion properly in deciding the issues placed before it.
