Emilia Eino has served in the ICT sector for 12 years. She first served as a Development Planner responsible for ICT infrastructure development . As the founding manager and expert in the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia she introduced the first development of the first ever Regulatory Framework for the postal sector in Namibia.
