Two babies among reported deaths over the weekend

Eba Kandovazu THE police are investigating two separate incidents in which babies died last Thursday and Friday. According to Nampol Spokesperson, Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi, a two-month-old baby boy,Gift Vries, died on Thursday while sleeping. The incident happened at Karasburg. The baby was taken to the hospital and was declared dead upon arrival. Shikwambi says a postmortem is underway to determine the cause of death.
