Hertta-Maria Amutenja The Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF) have criticized the recent decision by the Central Procurement Board of Namibia (CPBN) to award a N$1.3 billion pharmaceutical supply tender to Cospharm Investment Pty Ltd, a company predominantly owned by a five-year-old child.
