Government launches annual duty penalty waiver programme

Hertta-Maria Amutenja The Minister of Industrialisation and Trade, Lucia Iipumbu, announced the launch of the Annual Duty Penalty Waiver Programme by the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA).
