Govt told to create conducive environment for communities to succeed

Hertha-Maria Amutenja MINISTER of Urban and Rural Development Erastus Uutoni has urged government, regional and local authorities to take deliberate steps and measures to foster an environment that will allow local businesses and communities to successfully engage in economic and development activities and contribute to improving their welfare and way of life.
