Leevi Shivolo Ileka – Windhoek Observer

Niël Terblanché The City of Windhoek (CoW) has announced the promotion of Deputy Chief Leevi Shivolo Ileka to the rank of Chief and that he would lead the Windhoek Municipal Police Service henceforth. According to a statement released by the CoW, the appointment came into effect on 11 September 2023, following Chief Ileka’s commendable service as the Deputy Chief since 2020.
