Niël Terblanché The Namibian Police Force has formed a new partnership to significantly enhance its capabilities through a dynamic collaboration with the Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM). This collaboration has given birth to a comprehensive leadership and development training program, aimed at empowering police officers with essential skills.
