Stefanus Nashama Former Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL) Erongo Regional Executive Committee member, Reinhold Shipwikineni has thrown his weight behind former Youth Minister, Jerry Ekandjo’s call for another Extraordinary Congress to nominate the Party’s 2024 presidential elections candidate.
