Hertta-Maria Amutenja Police in the Omusati Region have reported that a pastor, who also owns a church at the Okandi village, has allegedly raped two girls and a woman between 9 February and 24 February this year. The pastor allegedly raped a 24-year-old woman from Onheleiwa village on the 09 February, and the 19-year-old girl from Onghuwo village was raped on 16 February while the 17-year-old girl from Onepandaulo village was raped on the 24 February by the same pastor this year.
