Tujoromajo Kasuto PRIME Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has appointed Titus Ndove as the Executive Director (ED) Ministry of Finance from 1 February. This has been confirmed by the Ministry of Finance (MOE) Public Relations Officer (PRO), Willson Shikoto to the Windhoek Observer. Ndove has over 20 years of experience, ranging from public financial management, public procurement, central and commercial banking, financial markets, and corporate governance.
