Eba Kandovazu SWAPO Party Secretary General Sophia Shaningwa has called on the delegates attending the 8th Swapo Party Women’s Council congress to remain calm for the duration of the congress, saying that their state of mind and maturity will set the tone for the other upcoming Swapo congresses later this year.
