President Hage Geingob has conferred a state funeral on Ignatius Shixwameni, late President of the All People’s Party (APP). The 55-year-old Shixwameni collapsed at parliament while attending a standing committee meeting last Wednesday. He is survived by his wife and six children. “The remains of the late Honourable Shixwameni will be interred on a date and place to be agreed to in consultation with the family.
