Staff Writer Strict adherence to antiretroviral therapy and other support services provided by Project Hope’s Namibia Adherence and Retention Project (NARP), HIV concentrations in 90% of children living with the virus in Ohangwena Region is so low that a blood test cannot detect HIV. Martin Endjala The government has called on leaders in the Ohangwena Region to stop their personal squabbles and to attend to service delivery issues. The conflicts have led to unhappiness among the communities and loss of trust in the leadership.
