Hertta-Maria Amutenja Seven suspects were arrested over the weekend for possession of illicit drugs and alcohol. The police in Keetmanshoop arrested a security guard after he was found with a bag of cannabis. The suspect, a Southern Security employee, was arrested after he was visiting a trial awaiting prisoner and that he handed the incarcerated person a newspaper which contained in its folds, an okapi knife. “After he was arrested a search was conducted on the suspect. Hertta-Maria Amutenja The community of Etayi Constituency was hit with another tragedy after a 50-year-old man, Fillemon Nakashimba from the Ohamuti village committed suicide on Saturday by hanging himself with shoelaces. This is after 28-year-old Ngenokesho Fikameni committed suicide by shooting himself in the mouth last week Thursday. According to the weekend crime report, Nakashima was found hanging on shoelaces from the roof of his bedroom.
