Martin Endjala National Council MP, Paulus Mbangu has vent his frustrations about motions that are being put on hold due in parliament due to the absence of some ministers. Mbangu blames the delays in the processing of motions on the ongoing internal Swapo campaigns for the top three positions in the party. Martin Endjala National Council lawmakers today approved the Combating of Domestic Violence Amendment Bill with a call to change in attitude by advocates of domestic violence. The bill passed in the chamber saw several MPs expressing the need of moving away from just saying beautiful words and start taking actions. Martin Endjala Several member of the National Council has expressed deep regret about the fuel price increase that was announced today by the Ministry of Mines and Energy ministry. The price of petrol will increase by N$2.50 per litre and diesel by N$1.50. The MP said the increase will put more pressure on household which are already struggling to survive.
